I'll be thanking all of you personally in awhile and trying to comment in everyone's gallery to return the favor, but I'd just like to pre-emptively thank all of you for the favs and comments. This is a great way to start a friday, and I have all of you to thank. :hug::heart:

I like how you handled the pose and threw him into an appropriate situation for his personality-type.

I LOVE the way you handled the background - the subtle gradients, textures, vector-style graphics, I wish I had those skills!

Thank you very much! Those poses are something I gotta work on; I have a bad habit of doing boring poses that demand actual environmental context in order to make the picture interesting, unlike actual action poses like kung-fu kicks and the like where, say, a blue shape'd suffice. So THERE'S an obvious artistic problem I gotta work through.

But thank you for the compliment on the background! This is probably the first time I've been proud of a background because I tend to skimp on 'em. So to be admired for this one is a real treat that pretty much makes my night. Thank you hun, and don't let those problems get you too down! :hug: You'll be in my prayers.
